Preemptive Love Coalition
Global Humanitarian Growth & Digital Transformation
Project Background
From 2016 to 2020, we led digital marketing and operations for Preemptive Love Coalition, a humanitarian organization serving refugees and conflict-affected communities across Iraq, Syria, and beyond.
Over four years, the organization grew from a $1M nonprofit to a $20M international movement. Our team built the digital foundation behind that transformation — leading marketing, e-commerce, and donor engagement while producing national campaigns and partnerships that shaped public understanding of modern humanitarian work.
We developed the organization's full digital ecosystem: Shopify e-commerce (scaling to $2M annually), donor retention infrastructure, automation and segmentation, and paid acquisition programs that consistently delivered a 4-5× ROI.
The growth was fueled not by a single campaign, but by clarity — clear message, clear data, clear pathways for people to act.
