Project Background
We directed the global marketing for the overhaul the New York Academy of Art's digital future, including the launch of Academy Everywhere — a full online learning platform built to match the rigor and reputation of their NYC studios. Our role: Consulting on the build and directing the marketing for their large-scale LMS, selling online courses worldwide, and powering global admissions marketing with end-to-end funnel infrastructure, Pardot automation, and custom lead nurture all the way to enrollment.

• Directed global digital marketing for both admissions and Academy Everywhere (NYAA's online education platform)
• Solely responsible for lead generation and digital campaigns—from new prospect to final enrollment, for both online programs and on-campus degrees
• Designed all end-to-end digital funnels: from initial lead (Instagram/email ads) to application, interview, and New York matriculation
• Built and optimized marketing automation (Pardot), audience segmentation, and drip flows to convert leads at every stage
• Created and executed digital ad, content, and email strategy targeting international artists, career-changers, and aspiring creatives
• Consulted on Academy Everywhere platform launch (Thinkific LMS): positioned and marketed new courses to both existing and completely new audiences worldwide
• Directed digital advertising for fundraising events—driving over $800,000 in donations for the Artists for Artists Gala, as featured in Vogue
